Captain Redvers Fenn Cooper
Having been disqualified from being 4,988th in line to the throne on a technicality, Redvers joined the army to explore the "nether regions of the world", known to most people as the Isle of Wight. He claims to have served in several wars, none of which can be substantiated or actually found in the pages of any history book.
On his return from duty he was disappointed to find that licorice bootlaces were now a pleasure of days gone by. As a result he joined the Tea Time heroes in a quest to make sure that no other sweet falls foul of such a similar ending ever again.
